I spy with my little GoPro

I wonder what it would look like if we could see a sailing cruiser race from the bowsprit of this boat? Adrian just wasn’t quick enough simply to say “No!” so almost before he knew it the camera was mounted right at the front his cruiser.

Adrian checks out the camera position

“Will it be safe there?”

“Of course it will … that’s what the red string is for!”

I  was about to add that the last Punt Club boat it was attached to capsized, but this I felt was not going to be information which would encourage the skipper.

Off we go

Nevertheless off the cruiser went with the GoPro scheduled to take a photograph every 10 seconds. On reflection I suspect the device has developed a sense of wickedness all of its own.

I dont want to imply that the camera was influencing the helmsman but some pictures show other boat rather close

Gently we sail into calmer water
Worried look from the production manager who was cold and wanted his tea and cake
