BICYLES – FAMILY – & GOD
Really? – Bicycles certainly, Family definitely, God well sort of … churches at least. Ruth, my daughter and mum of the other two had this idea to take the family on the Norfolk Churches Sponsored cycle ride.
They needed an extra hand (and a camera man) so, as they say “When in doubt – ask Dad” So here we go

Please consider sponsoring us! The small humans and I are doing the Norfolk Churches Trust‘s Bike Ride on the 13th September, aiming to cycle to as many local churches as we are able to. James is offshore, and I always seem to come up with these crazy plans when he is away!
Truthfully, I’ve made some wild promises to the kids about it. Mostly surrounding picnic lunch and the presence of cake. Lots of cake. I suspect there won’t be enough cake.

Help Ruth Owen raise money to support Norfolk Churches Trust
Ifotophilia is prepared to be there with cameras as the day unfolds. This week they are anxious for you to be part of it. Next week the crew will bring you authentic photos of the event(as always free of charge) candid comments and unmissable moments as the drama unfolds.
Pictures today show the crew limbering up / falling off / falling out and trying to make out what the risk assessment meant when it said “Try not to get in the way of moving vehicles.”
