“Try something new” the lady said – “have a look at some mirror images as created by Odie Evans.” I’m not sure I find the concept of mirror image with a little wiggle added all that attractive, but simply getting there is commendably exciting.

Where to start

Something simple like these daffodils from which you can get

or put in a more tidy fashion

Perhaps next we’ll try some primulas

and you can wind up with these (I’ll spare your the individual shots)

Somewhere along the line these two crept in – but I’m not too sure from where

As it’s Easter – or at least it was when I started work on them I decided on the theme of three crosses. Actually they are three Palm crosses on loan from the family- but no one missed them!

They looked a bit uninspiring on their own

and I wasn’t sure that my blend modes did much for them; but using one on my Jerusalem images they looked a little more cheerful
